Laurel Village is pet friendly; we love our furry residents!

Pet Policy Overview:

All pets must be spayed/neutered, registered with Laurel Village, and licensed with the city of Minneapolis. Two (2) pets maximum per apartment (see limits for dogs). Below is a brief overview of our cat and dog policy. Please contact the leasing office for more information on pets not listed below.

Dogs

The Laurel Curve residence is our dog-friendly building featuring a spacious on and off leash dog park!

• $600 fully refundable deposit

• $50 monthly pet rent

• $50 one-time fee (DNA registration- through our pet waste program called “PooPrints”)

• Limit one (1) dog per apartment

• Breed restrictions include (but are not limited to): Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrids, Chow Chow, and Perro de Presa.

• Documentation from a vet indicating the breed and all vaccinations/rabies shots are current

Cats

All residences at Laurel Village are cat friendly.

• $200 fully refundable pet deposit per cat, with no monthly pet rent!

• Limit two (2) cats per apartment

Other

Prohibited pets include but are not limited to ferrets, rabbits, parrots, exotic species, and large snakes/reptiles.
