LEASING CONSULTANT [ongoing]

Laurel Village, a downtown Minneapolis luxury apartment community, is seeking full-time leasing agents. Individual will be responsible for the rental of apartments, assistance with marketing and maintaining courteous communication with clients.  Must be able to maintain a strong closing ratio and assist in the timely processing of rental applications.
 
A minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or a professional sales environment is preferred.  Candidates must have computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of the internet and its uses for marketing.  Position requires some weekend hours.  We offer a competitive salary, commission and full benefits.
